#ANDYSMANCLUB - (Self-refer) - ANDYSMANCLUB are real, non judgmental, talking groups for men. We are the creators of the viral #ITSOKAYTOTALK movement, and hold meetings every week, that we are open every Monday 7-9pm except bank holidays in over 150 locations across the UK. Email at

Men’s Sheds are kitted out community spaces where men can enjoy practical hobbies. They’re about making friends, learning and sharing skills. Many guys come just for the tea and banter, everyone’s welcome. During the pandemic many Sheds will now have an online means of staying connected. Sheds are often run by volunteers, if you don’t hear back right away don’t lose heart!

Walk&Talk4Men - A support group for men and their mental health. They get together a couple of times a month and have a stroll around a country park whilst having a chat in a safe place without judgement! It gives us guys the opportunity to offload, get things off our chest and talk about how we are feeling rather than bottling it up and suffering in silence.
